中检加拿大的服务与义务
 负责审核甲方所推荐的商品信息真实性及完整性，

包括但不限于采取实地验证和文件审核方式；

Responsible for reviewing the authenticity and integrity of the commodity information
recommended by Party A, including but not limited to the method of field verification
and document review;
 负责抽样检测甲方所推荐的商品，并依据相关法律法规和标准判断其符合性；
Responsible for sampling and testing the commodity recommended by Party A, and
judging their compliance according to the relevant laws，regulations and standards;
 负责依据乙方第三方合格声明的操作规定，对甲方推荐的产品实施检测并出具证书；
Responsible for the implementation of testing and issuing certificates on the
commodity recommended by Party A in accordance with the operating provisions of
the third party's verification of conformity;

 负责依据乙方商品溯源的操作规定及具体商品溯源方案，对甲方推荐的商品实施溯源
并加施乙方溯源标识和提供溯源信息查询；
Responsible the implementation of traceability of the commodity recommended by
Party A with traceability labels and the provision of traceability information inquiries,
in accordance with the operation provisions of Party B's commodity traceability and
specific commodity traceability program；
 负责依据乙方与其合作伙伴共同设立的线下“中检优选商品展示与体验专区”的规定，
对甲方申请的商品提供展示和体验的机会；
Responsible for providing opportunities of products display and consumer
experience to the commodity recommended by Party A in accordance with the
provisions of the offline "Display and Experience Zone of CCIC Top Quality Mark
Products", which are jointly established by Party B and her partners;
 负责依据乙方与其合作伙伴共同设立的线上“中检优选商品”的规定，对甲方申请的商
品提供线上展示和跨境电商销售渠道；
Responsible for providing online display and cross-border e-commerce sales
channels for the commodity recommended by Party A in accordance with the
provisions of the online "CCIC Top Quality Mark Products", which are jointly
established by Party B and its partners;
XXXX的义务
For XXXX:
 负责向行业内企事业单位推荐并介绍“中检跨境优选”项目
Responsible for recommending and introducing the "CCIC Top Quality Mark" project
to enterprises and institutions in the industry;
 负责按乙方要求收集和审核所推荐商品的真实及完整的信息；
Responsible for collecting & checking the authenticity and integrity of the information
of the recommended commodity as required by Party B;
 负责向其推荐的行业内企事业单位解释“中检跨境优选”项目的参与要求、项目规则、
服务内容、和参与方式，并依据产品特性设计参与方案；
Responsible for explaining the participation requirements, project rules, service
contents, and participation methods of the "CCIC Top Quality Mark" project to the
enterprises and institutions recommended by Party A, and to design the participation
scheme according to the characteristics of the recommended commodities;
